I’m Glenda Gill, EdD, a certified health coach, retired Army Officer, and author. My journey to better health began in 2014 when a personal health challenge led me to explore plant-based nutrition. Shifting my diet and lifestyle transformed my energy, focus, and overall well-being, and I knew I had to share this knowledge with other women who want to thrive.
To deepen my expertise, I earned my Health Coach Certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and completed a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University. Through this training—and my own lived experience—I have learned how powerful sustainable habits can be in creating real, lasting change. But what I have found to be just as important? Community.
