To better support women on their path to better health, I became a certified health coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and earned a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University. These steps weren’t part of my original plan—but after making meaningful changes in my own life, I felt called to help others do the same. Health Revved was born out of that passion: a space to guide women 40+ toward sustainable habits, renewed energy, and lasting wellness—one intentional step at a time.
