In 2014, Glenda faced a personal health challenge that transformed her perspective on wellness. Embracing a plant-based diet revitalized her health, energy, and outlook on life, sparking a desire to help others experience similar transformations. This passion led her to complete a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition through Cornell University and earn a Health Coach Certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. These pivotal experiences inspired her to establish Health Revved as a platform to spread the message far and wide about the benefits of plant-based living and healthy habits.
With decades of leadership experience and a doctorate in Organizational Leadership (emphasis in Higher Education), Glenda combines her expertise in mentoring and education with a deep commitment to wellness. Her programs and resources are designed to support women in building habits that fit seamlessly into their lives, promoting lasting change.
